I mentor under a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and have countless hours of studying evidence-based research in the field of fitness and nutrition. I especially love the psychology around behavior modification. I think it's never to late to establish new habits. 

I am also a proud husband, and a father to 2 amazing children. I am a recovered drug addict who used to be 40 pounds overweight, so not only do I have the knowledge for practical application, but I also have the empathy from being in your shoes: sick, tired, and unhealthy.
